Mastering the art of a motorcycle

There is a passion one must have to work on crafting a object; one part at a time to build a work of art. Finding a frame that may have been set aside for years waiting for a new opportunity to shine and be remembered. Or perhaps crafting the shape from a more recent creation. I am amazed at the work of the individuals that are mastering the art of a motorcycle. I had the opportunity to reconnect with Roy and Nikki, a family of master builders and the owner of Roys Toys Customs. Last year they won first place in the competition and are donating a motorcycle in a raffle at the Rally this year to a military Veteran.

I also had the opportunity to meet some other amazing builders at the Republic of Texas Rally. I really enjoyed talking with each builder. If you have a chance to see the bikes this weekend I highly recommend it. I did not have a chance to meet all of the builders, however, I am going to include a couple of links below from last year’s event. I took a few photos with the artists below. I hope you enjoy the photos.
